OnTrac is a regional package delivery company that services the eight western states of California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Colorado, and Idaho. OnTrac started in 1991 as California Overnight. It was a division of its now 60-year old parent company Express Messenger Systems, Inc. (EMS). EMS began in Canada and expanded its operation through the acquisitions of several Canadian and American courier companies.
